Luke A. Brown, the founder of the firm, has received millions of dollars in settlements and awards for his clients. A lifelong resident of the Buffalo area, Luke graduated with his Bachelor’s degree (Cum Laude) from Canisius College and his law degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School.

He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyer Association, American Bar Association and the American Association for Justice.  Luke comes from a long tradition of trade unionism, his grandfather and father both being Union Plasterers and Business Agents for their local, and is dedicated to the firm’s continuing representation of hard working men and women.  He concentrates his efforts in the areas of personal injury related to construction accidents, wrongful death and automobile accidents.
